Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in the “Froyothon 2026” Steps Challenge. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Challenge dates
The challenge runs on the first Sunday of every month at participating MyFroyoland outlets in India. Upcoming dates are 4 October, 1 November, and 6 December 2026.
All eligible rewards must be redeemed at the counter before 2:00 PM on the applicable challenge day.
Offers & redemption
The Solo Mission
Complete 25,000 eligible steps to redeem one complimentary MyFroyoland purchase, valued up to ₹1,000. Anything above that is paid by the guest.
The Bestie Duo
Two guests transacting together, each with 10,000 eligible steps, redeem a Buy One Get One Free offer. The free item must be of equal or lesser value.
Each eligible guest may redeem only one offer.
Step verification
- Show your step count live within a recognised health or fitness app on your phone or wearable, at the time of redemption.
- The current day’s date and step count must be visible.
- Screenshots, and manually added, edited or manipulated entries, will not be accepted.
- Recognised platforms include Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin Connect, and similar step-tracking apps.
MyFroyoland reserves the right to verify step counts and refuse redemption if proof is considered invalid, manipulated, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Offer exclusions
- Offers apply to eligible MyFroyoland purchases at participating outlets only.
- Merchandise, take-home tubs, online purchases and deliveries are excluded.
- Offers are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
Health & safety
- Participate responsibly, and consider your individual fitness level before attempting the challenge.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Participation is voluntary. MyFroyoland is not liable for injury arising from participation, subject to applicable law.
General conditions
- Valid at participating MyFroyoland outlets in India only.
- MyFroyoland reserves the right to verify eligibility and, subject to applicable law, refuse participation or redemption where these Terms have not been met.
- MyFroyoland may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
